Bodies of the Company
Annual Meeting
It is the supreme body of the company. Given the fact that the company has only one shareholder, the powers of the Annual Meeting are performed by Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. The legal representative of the sole shareholder since March 24, 2016 is the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Mr. Miroslav Lajčák.
Board of Directors
It is a statutory body of the company. It is authorized to act on behalf of all affairs of the company, unless they are reserved by law or statutes to the Annual Meeting or the Supervisory Board.

Supervisory Board
It is the supreme supervisory body of the company. The Supervisory Board oversees the performance of the Board of Directors and business activities of the company.
Members of the Supervisory Board of SSDZ, a.s., who are civil servants, are not entitled to the payment of remuneration for the performance of their duties.
