Description
The building in 18 Panská Street is located in terraced houses in the pedestrian zone in the center of Bratislava. It is a 4-storey historical building from the 17th century, which is listed as a National Historic Landmark, registered in the list of Slovak monument fund.
The building is built on a rectangular ground plan and it has a partial basement. In 2008 a full reconstruction of the building was performed with respect to the maximum preservation and protection of stylistic elements and historical mass-spatial concept of the building.
Currently, it is rented for commercial and office purposes.
